The month-long initiative is co-sponsored by Planted Society, Humane Montclair and the Montclair Township Office of Sustainability.

“What better way for individuals to celebrate Earth Month in Montclair, than to take action that lowers our collective climate footprint and improves the health of the community and our planet, simply by reducing consumption of animal products,” said Annette Batson, founder of Humane Montclair.

“We are grateful to the participating restaurants making this possible – a win-win for residents, local businesses and the environment,” Batson said.
