Electronics Stolen From Montclair Apartment

Wheeler Street resident reports laptop and other items stolen.

A laptop and other electronics valued at more than $500 were reported stolen from a Wheeler Street apartment, Montclair Lt./Det. Angel Roman said.

A resident of the apartment told police on Sept. 26 that she came home and noticed her father’s bedroom door, which she said is usually locked, open. There were no signs of forced entry.

“She looked into the room and noticed the dresser drawers had been pulled open and the room rummaged through,” Roman said.
