First Baby Of 2026 Born At Montclair Hospital
A hospital in Montclair welcomed its first baby of 2026 on New Year's Day.
MONTCLAIR, NJ – A hospital in Montclair welcomed its first baby of the new year on Thursday.
Mountainside Medical Center congratulated the Norton family after baby Nova Nicole was born at 1:05 a.m. The child was the first baby of 2026 in the entire Hackensack Meridian Health system.
Nova weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and joined her parents, Naomi and Ezra Norton of Somerset, the hospital system said.
