Kidville Comes to Montclair

When Shari Misher Stenzler found herself carrying her baby and a stroller down a flight of stairs for her child’s first music class, she thought, “There must be a better way.”

From that experience was born Kidville, a child — and parent — friendly environment offering classes and camps for kids from newborn to age 6.

Now Jackie Howell-Marthone is bringing Kidville to Montclair. The new location at 516 Valley Road will begin to celebrate its grand opening this weekend. Free trial classes will be offered for a week beginning Monday.

Classes include Rockin’ Railroad, Run Wiggle Paint & Giggle, My Big Messy Art Class, Big Muscles for Little Babies, Kidville Gymnasts, Kidville Sports, Camp Kidville and Kidville University (Kidville's Pre-School Alternative Program).

Kidville is now registering campers for weeklong Fairy Princess and Super Hero camps for August. Developmental classes in music, art and sports will be offered starting in the fall.

The Kidville Montclair location also features an indoor play space, birthday party packages for children up to age 9 and a boutique. Silver Membership is free with enrollment in any Kidville class, while upgrades to Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels are also available.

Kidville operates locations world wide in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Dubai.
