MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Animal Shelter is closing for several days due to an outbreak of COVID.

Administrators said they have limited staff members available and don't want to expose the public to the virus.

According to the shelter, it will reopen on Thursday, Aug. 28.

“There is enough staff available to clean and feed the animals until then,” administrators said. “Our animal control is always available for Montclair residents at 862-621-9113.”
