Terpsichore (pronounced terp SIC e ree), the Greek Goddess of music and dance would surely have approved of these women who against all odds, in male dominated societies, composed beautiful music. Music from every century beginning with the 12th century to music of the present day, including ragtime, spirituals, madrigals, a Brazilian Balada, and even a suffragette song will be featured along with the composers' stories.

Performers, under the direction of Ruth Hsu, include vocalists and instrumentalists on recorders, guitars, cello, and percussion.
