Montclair Firefighters Rescue 2 Trapped People After Car Crash

Montclair firefighters rescued two people after they were trapped in a car crash, authorities said.

MONTCLAIR, NJ -- Montclair firefighters rescued two people after they were trapped in a car crash last week, authorities said Friday.

The Montclair Fire Department released the following details about the incident:

"On Nov. 16 at approximately 10:30 p.m., Montclair Fire Department units responded to the intersection of Grove Street and Claremont Avenue for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. MFD units found a two car motor vehicle accident with one vehicle on its side and two occupants trapped inside of the vehicle. MFD members quickly and efficiently extricated the two trapped occupants who were then transported by EMS to the hospital."
