Montclair State University and Emily Johnson have agreed to resolve their legal dispute in a mutually agreeable way. The University has withdrawn its February 4, 2021 statement concerning Ms. Johnson, which contained inaccurate statements about past discussions between Ms. Johnson and a representative of the University’s Office of Arts and Cultural Programming. Ms. Johnson appreciates the University’s willingness to take these steps.
