Montclair Wrapping Up 2024 Leaf Collection: See Final Date

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Still have leaves to dispose of in Montclair? It’s time to add it to your “to-do” list.
The township will be extending its leaf bag collection until the last week of December. After the week of Dec. 30 (weather permitting), leaf bag collection won’t be available again until Spring 2025.
The Montclair Department of Community Services offered the following tips for residents who need to get rid of their leaves:

- Please have your leaf bags ready by the curb
- No leaf bags should be placed after the week of December 30, 2024
- Ensure all bags are properly sealed
- Avoid overfilling bags for efficient collection
