Veteran Standout From Montclair Helps Lead MKA Field Hockey

Montclair resident Grace Fitzgerald has been a veteran mainstay for the successful Montclair Kimberley Academy field hockey team which enters the Nov. 3 prep B-Tournament final at Pennington with a 13-7 record.

"We have 10 seniors on the team this year- almost half the team - and they have all been key to our success," said veteran MKA coach Injoo Han. "Grace has been a consistently strong player for us."

Fitzgerald has been a member of the MKA field hockey team which has already won prep tournament titles in 2022, 2023 and 2024 and reached the 2025 Essex County Tournament final with a big 3-2 semifinal win over neighboring rival Montclair High.
