Yogi Berra Celebrates 88th Birthday

Montclair's very own baseball legend, Yogi Berra, celebrated his 88th birthday this weekend. 

On Sunday, the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center located on the campus of Montclair State University invited members of the 1978 World Series Yankees and other star players for a special autograph signing event. 

Berra blew out candles on a custom made baseball-themed caked surrounded by family and friends. 

The celebration continued on Monday with the Yogi Berra Museum Celebrity Golf Classic. Ron Guidry served as this year's co-host for the annual outing.

Proceeds from the outing benefit the Museum's outreach and year-round educational programs.
