School of Rock Concert, Garage Sale Sign-Up, Committee Meeting This Week

Chamber Golf Outing: Montville Township business leaders will have a chance to network on the golf course and over dinner during the Montville Chamber of Commerce's 21st Annual Golf and Tournament Outing on Monday at the Rockaway River Country Club.

Hip-Hop Workshop: A $20 hip-hop dance class is scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday at the Athletic Arts Dance Academy at ONE Human Performance fitness and training center.

Township Committe: Montville's governing body is scheduled to meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building.

Townwide Garage Sale Registration: Montville Township's 13th Annual Townwide Garage Sale, sponsored by the Women's Club and the township, is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, and Sunday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.  Participants are asked to complete and submit an application by May 13: 2013 Town-Wide Garage Sale Application (PDF)

Sunday Movie: A movie showing at the Montville Township Public Library is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday. Call the library at 973-402-0900 ext. 227 for details.

School of Rock: Montville Township High School’s own School of Rock will hold a concert in the high school auditorium at 7 p.m. Thursday. The concert will feature student singers and musicia performing music from the 1960s to present. Adults: $10, Students/Children: $5. Proceeds benefit the MTHS Parent-Teacher Council.
