Homecoming Game and Dance, Wine Tasting Benefit This Week in Montville
Also, stop by a Pine Brook restaurant for a bite to eat and support a local man who is running his 100th marathon.
Monday is the Wine tasting fundraiser to benefit the Hilldale fifth grade class is Monday night at LuNello’s Montville Inn from 7 - 9 p.m.
The benefit will feature a variety of wines with six different food pairing stations. There will also be a silent auction.

Montville resident Joe Huber, 63, will be running his 100th marathon in the ING New York City Marathon on Sunday Nov. 3 as a member of the American Cancer Society's DetermiNation Team.
If you're hungry, head over to Gencarelli's Restaurant at 1 Hook Mountain Road, in Pine Brook. 10 percent of all sales—dine in, take-out, catering, lunch, dinner, slices, gift certificates—will be donated to the American Cancer Society via the 2013 NY Marathon Run of Team Huber in honor of Anna, Susan, Audrey and Karen, according to the Patch event listing.

Also, this week, the Montville Chamber of Commerce’s info/breakfast on Tuesday has been canceled “due to the government limiting services,” said the chamber.
