MONTVILLE, NJ — It was a cool start to the snow day for Montville students, who were told by a tweeted out rap they'd get to spend the day at home.
Superintendent Dr. René Rovtar tweeted out the video around 7:20 p.m. on Monday night. In it, she brags about her superpower: the ability to call a snow day.
"They say there must be snow today, I wonder what my weatherman, Bill Evans, has to say. Might be a Snow Day. You hope it, you pray it, you don’t want school today," Rovtar sings, referencing ABC 7's meteorologist.

After calling the snow day, Rovtar had some suggestions for how students could spend it: "Stay at home all day, watch 'The Price is Right' or binge on Netflix, play 'Fortnite' with your friends if that's the way you get your kicks."
And she had some advice for the troublemakers: "Have an awesome day and you can spend it in pajamas, just remember to behave don't cause no drama for your mama."
