5 New Businesses At Moorestown Mall, Including The Town's 1st Liquor Store

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The township's first liquor store in more than a century is among five businesses that opened this month at Moorestown Mall.

Super Buy Rite, which opened May 3, brought a liquor store to the historically dry down for the first time since Moorestown became Moorestown. Before the township was established in 1922, the area was part of Chester Township, which banned liquor sales in 1915.

Times have changed. And now, Super Buy Rite is selling wines, spirits and craft beers within Moorestown's borders.

Here's what else recently opened at Moorestown Mall:

• The Slime Bar: a DIY slime lab that offers interactive workshops and educational experiments.
• Palms Coffee Club: a one-stop coffee shop selling unique flavors from around the world.
• Runway Recycled: a sustainable women's boutique that offers private shopping and bridal appointments.
• Salon Styles by Aleta: a full-service salon offering hair braiding and hair extensions.
