Burlington Man Threatens Woman, Violates Restraining Order: Police
Also, Moorestown Police charge a family after they allegedly drunkenly disturb their neighbors and nab a Beverly man they say was pushing a shopping cart loaded with stolen items up North Lenola Road.

Darnell Conway, 35, of West 9th Street, Burlington, arrested after he left threatening messages for a woman—who had a restraining order against him—while she was at work in Moorestown, police said. Conway was charged with making terroristic threats and violation of a restraining order. The charges resulted from a domestic situation, police said. Conway is lodged in Burlington County Jail on $42,500 bail.

Anthony Galiazzi, 30; Anthony Galiazzi Jr., 53; and Diane Galiazzi, 52, all of North Church Street, Moorestown, charged with maintaining a nuisance for being drunk and disorderly and disturbing the neighborhood, according to police. The Galiazzis were released on a special summons.

Jonathan Maldonado, 19, of Newbett Street, Newark, charged for shoplifting 15 pairs of shorts and five tank tops—total value $892.50—from Pacific Sunwear at the Moorestown Mall, police said. He was released on a summons.

Todd Sepicato, 45, of Jefferson Street, Marlton, arrested for concealing five video games, worth $219.95, from Sears, according to police. He was charged with shoplifting and possession of burglary tools and committed to Burlington County Jail on $1,500 bail.

David Keil, 32, of Garfield Avenue, Beverly, arrested after police said they found him walking along North Lenola Road with a shopping cart, which he’d allegedly stolen from Kmart, loaded with $1,072.94 worth of stolen merchandise from Macy’s, according to a report. Keil was also in possession of unopened mail stolen from a residence on North Lenola Road and four sets of pliers/wire cutters, police said. He was charged with shoplifting, possession of burglary tools and receiving stolen property and released on a summons.

Diana Perez, 20, of Royal Avenue, Camden, charged with shoplifting for concealing $902.47 worth of clothing, swimwear and jewelry from Macy’s, according to police. Perez was released on a summons.
