Car Plows Into Apartment Building In Burlington Co.

The crash heavily damaged part of the complex, displacing the residents in 2 apartments.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A car plowed into an apartment building early Thursday in Mount Laurel after police believe the driver had a medical episode.

The vehicle struck the 3600 building on Saxony Drive around 1:50 a.m., heavily damaging part of the complex.

No injuries were reported.

Police believe the driver experienced a medical episode right before the crash, said Mount Laurel Police Sgt. Kyle Gardner.

"No criminal charges are anticipated at this time," Gardner told Patch.

Residents in two apartments were displaced and provided relocation services, Gardner said.
