Fame and Classic Cars Give Residents Plenty To Do in Moorestown

From the final trophy night at Cruise Night to the premiere of Fame Jr., its slated to be a busy and fun Wednesday in Moorestown.

Cars and theater are at the forefront of things to do on Wednesday in Moorestown.

Wednesday night is the final trophy night for Moorestown Cruise Nights, which are held at the Moorestown Shopping Center parking lot starting at 6 p.m. This week is a nod to the Big Apple as awards will be handed out to the best themed “New York, New York” cars.

In addition to plenty of classic vehicles, there will games, music and more. The events will continue until 9 p.m. and all proceeds go to the local Moorestown Volunteer Fire Companies.

For theatergoers in town, the Moorestown Theater Company is putting on its latest Summer Stage show, Fame Jr. This performance is being put on by teenagers ages 13-17.

There will be a performance on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. All Performances are held at the Hope Community Church. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at either the Moorestown Theater Company website or at the door prior to the show.
