MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown Council will hold a public hearing on the award of a plenary retail distribution license Monday night.

The bid to be considered Monday night was submitted by 73 Opco LLC. No information about the bid was published publicly ahead of the meeting. The public hearing will be followed by a vote on the non-consent agenda resolution.

There will also be a public hearing and final vote on a proposed ordinance to remove conservation subdivision language from the township's zoning code.

Township Council will introduce a proposed ordinance to establish additional titles and salary ranges for certain supervisory and technical positions. There are also 11 items on the consent agenda.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. and it will be held virtually.
