Man Exposed Himself, Peered Into Windows At BurlCo Apartment Complex: Police

He was previously charged in August after police say he peered into ground-level windows at the same complex.

MAPLE SHADE, NJ — A man peered into windows and exposed himself to multiple victims in Maple Shade during recent weeks, authorities said Thursday.

Joshua Cheatom, 25, was previously charged in August after police say he peered into ground-level windows at the Fox Meadow Apartment Complex. His recent offenses occurred around the same complex, according to law enforcement.

In late January, police received word of a man exposing himself to a woman near the Fox Meadow Apartments. The woman told police that the man exposed himself as she was leaving CVS and then appeared to follow her through the apartment complex.
