MHS Alum, State Basketball Champ Dies

Arthur Kenneth Peacock died at his home in Moorestown on March 6.

Ken was a graduate of Moorestown High School ('59) and a member of both basketball state championship teams in '58 and '59. He received his B.A. from The College of Wooster ('63), a Master of Science degree from Ohio State University,('65), and a Master of Arts in Religion in Theological Studies ('00) and Master of Theology ('03) from Westminster Theological Seminary.

He was a longtime active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown.

Ken was the husband of Joyce Elizabeth Schultz Peacock and father of Diana Lynn Peacock.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 15, at the First Presbyterian Church, 101 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to: First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, Ken Peacock Memorial Fund for Theological Discourse; or Samaritan  Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
