New Pickleball Club In Moorestown Sets Opening Date

MOORESTOWN, NJ — ACE Pickleball Club, a chain of facilities for the nation's fastest-growing sport, will open in Moorestown on Saturday, according to the shopping center where the business is located.

The 32,950-square-foot space will operate at the East Gate Square shopping plaza.

ACE Pickleball Club members can reserve courts and drop in for open play anytime during club hours. There is no need to bring a partner for open play, since courts are divided by skill level from beginner to expert.

Picklers (pickleball players) in the area have been awaiting a club at East Gate Square for a while. Last year, another pickleball chain called PickleRage canceled plans to open in the same space. But months later, ACE Pickleball Club decided to expand to the location.

The facility has 11 courts, according to blueprints approved by Moorestown's Zoning Board.

Club hours will be:

• Monday through Thursday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Sunday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
