Omnicron Boosters: How To Get One If You Live In Moorestown Area

The CDC recently signed off on the new COVID-19 booster shot.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The new COVID-19 booster shot is available in Burlington County, officials said.

The new booster is designed to protect against both the original COVID strain and the BA.4 and BA.5 omicron subvariants, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

"These variants are highly transmissible, so we’re encouraging residents to get boosted right away to help guard against a new COVID surge," said Burlington County Department of Health Director Herb Conaway.
