Person Missing Since November Without A Phone Out Of Burlington Co.: Police

Kianna Carter's mother reported her missing nearly 2 months ago. Police are seeking info that could help them find her.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A person has been missing out of Mount Laurel since November. Police asked the public for information that could help them find Kianna Carter.

Carter was reported missing by her mother around 5:40 p.m. Nov. 20, police said. She does not have a phone with her.

Police believe that Carter is frequently in western Philadelphia.

Carter has blond hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black burqa, police said. She is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 120 pounds.

Police didn't mention Carter's age.
