Photos: Deer Take a Stroll Through Lockheed Martin

A small herd of deer walked across Lockheed Martin's Moorestown facility Friday afternoon.

A small herd of deer traipsed across the Lockheed Martin property Friday afternoon (in clear violation of the "No Trespassing" signs posted on the perimeter fence).

The herd included a few fawns, though there weren't any bucks in sight. The deer were very skittish, freezing in place and staring as soon as they spotted a photographer.

The Lockheed Martin facility, at 199 Borton Landing Road, opened in 1954. Originally an asparagus farm, the land was purchased and converted into a manufacturing site by RCA, which is a Lockheed Martin heritage company, according to the company's website.
