Police Arrest Two for Railroad Robbery
Moorestown Police also charge a woman with trying to return a dress she never bought.

April 1
- Rocky Carpenter, 49, of Wood Street, Burlington, and Robert Cenite, 37, Madison Avenue, Mount Holly, were arrested for stealing 10 three-foot sections of steel railroad track—valued at $140—belonging to Norfolk Southern Railroad, at Marne Highway and Centerton Road, according to police. Both men were charged with theft and released on summonses.
April 2
- Shirley Williams, 26, of Hunters Drive, Mount Laurel, was arrested for theft by deception after police said she took a dress off the rack at Boscov’s at the Moorestown Mall and tried to return it to get a $90 credit. She was charged and released on a summons.
