Police: Man Stole $9K in Jewelry While Helping Neighbor
Also, a trespassing complaint leads to drug charges.

Police arrested a 20-year-old accused of swiping $9,000 in jewelry from a woman he was helping out around the house.
Keith Czarniewy, of the 300 block of Fairview Avenue, Moorestown, was assisting a resident who lives on the 300 block of West Third Street with “handiwork” when he grabbed the jewelry Wednesday morning, according to police.
Police developed information that led them to Czarniewy and arrested him on Friday.
He was charged with theft and was being held on $15,000 bail as of Friday afternoon.
