Pricy Valuables Stolen From 2 Moorestown Homes In Separate Burglaries: Police
In 1 incident, someone forced a door open and stole 2 guns, a diamond ring and $17K in cash, police said.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — Thousands of dollars in valuables were stolen during two separate home burglaries last month in Moorestown.
Both investigations are ongoing, and no arrests have been announced as of Wednesday.
In the first incident, police were dispatched Feb. 18 to a home on the 300 block of Laurel Creek Boulevard. Two handguns, a $6,000 diamond engagement ring and $17,000 in cash were missing after the home was ransacked, police said.

The unknown burglar(s) forced the first-floor door open to get inside.

In the second incident, a homeowner reported a theft on Friday at their home on the 600 block of Centerton Road. They told police they were missing a $1,300 check and several pieces of jewelry worth nearly $4,000.
It's unclear how the suspect(s) entered the home.
Investigative interviews are ongoing. Police are also trying to see if other apartment owners were victimized.
