Turn 7 Discount Store Opens Doors At Moorestown Mall

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The retail base at the Moorestown Mall has grown by one, as a new discount store now sits in the space formerly occupied by Lord & Taylor.

Turn 7 is now open at the Moorestown Mall, 400 Route 38, Suite D400, according to the store’s website. Turn 7 offers brand name products at drastically discounted prices, according to turn7.com.

They say they offer $100 products for as low as $3, including electronics, furniture, appliances, toys, bed, bath, beauty, sporting goods, school supplies, home and garden, artwork, jewelry, automotive, books and other products.

“Yeah... we have EVERYTHING!,” the website boasts.

The store is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Turn 7 also has a location at the Philadelphia Mills Mall, with a location to open soon at the Roosevelt Mall.

Lord & Taylor closed its location at the Moorestown Mall in August 2019. It was one of two stores that filed tax appeals that have resulted in higher taxes for township residents in the past few years. The appeals will be paid off by 2023.

Last year, the empty storefront was home to New Jersey’s COVID-19 vaccination megasite in Burlington County. While open, it administered more than 390,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

It closed in July 2021. The new megasite opened at the former AC Moore on Nixon Drive in Mount Laurel in November.

The mall has been expanding beyond the realm of retail since online shopping has become more prevalent. It recently received a tax exemption for a proposed apartment complex that will help the township meet its affordable housing requirement.

The addition of restaurants is helping to transform the mall into a destination, and Cooper University Health Care will soon open an outpatient location at the mall.
