Winter Storm In Moorestown: Latest Forecast For Snow, Rain
Although the blanket of snow may skip Moorestown, weather officials anticipate a wet weekend with some snowfall.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — Accumulating snow from this weekend's predicted storm may evade Moorestown, but forecasters expect a rainy weekend with some snow mixed in.
The coastal system will bring widespread precipitation to the region Saturday afternoon, which could linger into Sunday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). While much of the state could receive significant snowfall, the agency predicts mostly rain near and southeast of Interstate 95.
Despite anticipated snowfall in Moorestown, little or no snow accumulation is expected, the NWS said.
