Wonder Opens In Burlington Co., Offering Dozens Of Menus From 1 Location
The new location has menus inspired by celebrity chefs and local restaurants, all made in a single kitchen. Here's how it works.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — Wonder has expanded its footprint in South Jersey, opening a new location earlier this week in Mount Laurel.
Wonder puts dozens of menus under one roof, allowing customers to order from more than 20 eateries at once in each takeout- and delivery-focused store.
The Mount Laurel storefront is Wonder's second in South Jersey, opening Monday at 127 Ark Rd. Cherry Hill's opened in May, and Marlton is slated to get one in December.

Mount Laurel's options include menus inspired by celebrity chefs, including Bobby Flay, and national chains such as Shake Shack and Buffalo Wild Wings. They also have selections from local restaurants, such as Dolsot House Korean BBQ, Johnny Longhots, and SmashBros. See them all here.
Many of the menu options are available in 15 minutes or less, according to Wonder.

Despite the takeout focus, the Mount Laurel location has about 15 seats for dining in.
While it may sound like a large-scale dining operation, the Mount Laurel store has about 30 employees, a Wonder spokesperson told Patch. Like all Wonder locations, they prepare items in a single kitchen.
Rapid Expansion, Billions In Backing
Wonder has been expanding quickly, with 12 of its 13 Philadelphia-area stores opening this calendar year and six more slated by the end of 2025. There are currently about 70 locations throughout the East Coast.
The company has plans for much more.
The Wonder Group was founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Mark Lore, the former CEO of Walmart U.S. eCommerce. Wonder purchases recipes from restaurants and well-known chefs. The recipes are modified so Wonder employees can make them quickly, according to Fast Company.
Wonder has raised nearly $2 billion from investors since its founding, with more than half that total raised in the past two years. Since 2023, Wonder acquired GrubHub and meal kit delivery service Blue Apron.
A new round of $600 million in funds announced in May brought Wonder's valuation to $7 billion, according to Bloomberg.
Wonder's mission is to create "the super app for mealtime," Lore said on LinkedIn.
"We plan to use this latest raise to continue accelerating the expansion of our physical retail locations, opening one a week with plans to grow from our current base of 46 locations to 90+ by the end of 2025," Lore said earlier this year on LinkedIn. "We’re excited to bring Wonder to more communities throughout the Northeast, and are focusing on our expansion into Philadelphia and D.C."
Wonder in Mount Laurel is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.
