Morris County Chamber of Commerce Launches Toastmasters Club

The Morris County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC), dedicated to the advancement of business and community opportunities for entrepreneurs, small and large corporations, and Fortune 500 companies, announces the sponsorship of Morris Chamber Toastmasters. The Club was created to bring the Morris County region the opportunity to benefit from an internationally recognized platform that improves public speaking, presentation and thinking skills, increases confidence and effective listening. Club membership is $90 per year (one-time new member fee of $20) and is open to both Chamber members and non-members seeking to become more effective speakers and leaders.”

“Members come from all facets of life and businesses.” Said Tommy Hilcken, Morris Chapter Toastmasters Chair and ten (10) year Toastmasters International member. “The highlight of membership is discovering an organization that supports more than personal and professional growth, but a culture predicated on a positive learning experience.

The Morris Chamber Toastmasters Club meets every first and third Wednesday of every month from 4 pm to 5 pm. Meeting attendance is hybrid to accommodate in-person and virtual preferences. The Club is part of the worldwide nonprofit educational organization Toastmasters International who’s membership exceeds 364,000 in more than 16,200 clubs in 145 countries. Member benefits include:
