Monday, Tuesday ... OK, we didn't work out. After last week's "" followed by a pretty tough workout on Saturday (more on that this Friday!), we took a break. But, there isn't much by way of excuses today. There are just opportunities.

  3. You Need to Know We Would Have Included the Harlem Wizards: Sure, they'll be doing the athletics. But, hey, you could have worked out vicariously through them. But, hopefully, you've already bought tickets, as both the 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. are sold out. Hey, you might want to call and see if there were any last-minute cancelations!
  4. You Need to Know About Free Group Runs: offers them, at 6:15 p.m., from their Morristown location. , so we can recommend them!
  5. You Need to Know About Free Beginner Bike Rides: These start from 66 Macculloch Ave. and are organized by Marty's Reliable Cycle. , and also can endorse their athletic value.
