Charity Thrift Store Has New Home In Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ — WAMMC Bargain Box Thrift Boutique, a thrift store that benefits Morristown Medical Center, has a new location. The store is now located at 1117 Mt. Kemble Ave.

The new location is about four miles south of the old one, and is located on Country Mile in Morristown. The store is run by the Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center.

Shoppers can find gently used designer clothing for men, women and children at a steal. In addition to clothing, the store offers collectibles, household things, and vintage items.

“What started out as a small thrift shop on South Street in Morristown over 60 years ago to help raise money for Morristown Medical Center, has turned into one of WAMMC’s largest and most successful fundraising entities,” said Mary Courtemanche, President, Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center. “We look forward to continuing our success by providing the same great bargains and service in a brand new location.”

The thrift store is open Mondays, 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
