Store Owner Filmed Underage Employee In Bathroom: Morris Co Prosecutor

The owner of the Roxbury Plato's Closet faces additional charges for filming an underage female employee in the bathroom, officials said.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A store owner now faces child pornography charges after Morris County officials said he recorded an underage female employee using the bathroom last year.

Officials originally charged 35-year-old Nicholas Zirpoli of Lincoln Park in December, saying he used a device to videotape several male and female employees using the restroom at the Roxbury Plato’s Closet. He is also accused of destroying evidence related to these acts.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office later said that one of the employees he recorded was a juvenile female, and one was an adult male.
