Cops: Man Urinated in Broad Daylight

Police say a Hillairy Avenue resident decided the best place to urinate at the Morristown Train Station was just outside his car–while the sun was still out.

Kevin Neely, 49, was issued a summons for urinating in public at 7:49 p.m. on June 1. Officer Robert Iozzia, who was conducting a property check of the area, saw Neely who was "urinating outside of his vehicle in broad daylight," according to the police report.
