Drugs, Drunk Driving Arrests In Morris County Parks: PD

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests at the end of June, including for drunk driving and drug possession in county park. Read about those arrests, as written by police, in the police blotter here:

-6/22: ARRESTS FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation at the Berkshire Valley Golf Course in Jefferson Township. An investigation revealed Anthony M. Campana, age 19, of Jefferson Township, to have warrants for failure to appear in Jefferson, West Milford, and Riverdale Municipal Courts; and Raffaela M. Campana-Slusher, age 42, of Jefferson Township, to have warrants for failure to appear in West Milford and Riverdale Municipal Courts. They were both released with new court dates pending.

-6/24: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Rockaway Township. An investigation led to Lester C. Croft, age 54, of Washington Township, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was released with a court date pending.

-6/27: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morristown. An investigation revealed Melissa Saldana, age 34, of Morristown, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Madison Joint Municipal Court. She was released with a court date pending.

-6/28: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Dover. An investigation led to Eloy Velasquez-Rivera, age 30, of Victory Gardens, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was released with a court date pending.

-6/28: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to Ashley M. Garland, age 20, of Randolph Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released with a court date pending.
