Epstein's Rehabilitation Plan Could Be Amended
Presentation on proposed changes on Morristown redevelopment meeting agenda.
A presentation by Rosewood LLC on proposed amendments to the Epstein's Rehabilitation Plan is scheduled for the Morristown Town Council redevelopment meeting on Thursday.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Morristown Council Room in Town Hall, 200 South Street.
Resolutions extending by six months the conditional designations of redevelopers for 185 Morris Street and 10 Ford Ave. also are on the agenda. Leona Developers is the redeveloper for the Morris Street address. Mountain Center Realty is the redeveloper for the property on Ford Avenue.
