Hospital 'Well Aware' of Blogging

While we here at Patch would absolutely love it if everyone (especially this one), we are not opposed to showing some love for our neighbors when they decide to venture off into the blogosphere on their own.

Such is the case with Atlantic Health–parent organization for –which recently launched its own blog titled "Well Aware–Your Way." The blog, for patients, employees and friends of the health care system–which also includes Overlook Medical Center in Summit and Newton Medical Center in Newton–"provides an open forum for patients, employees and friends ... to foster a discussion about issues related to hospital experiences and current health topics," according to the blog. "Our goal is to provide information, engage with and learn from the people that we serve and those who deliver and manage health care services, so that we can continue to provide excellent patient care across Atlantic Health System."
