Howie Mandel Returns To Standup Comedy In New Morristown Show
Howie Mandel has been a constant force in show business for years. Mandel returns to the stage this weekend for an evening of laughs.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Howie Mandel has remained a constant force in the entertainment industry, establishing himself as a comedy legend, an iconic game show host and the voice behind some of your favorite characters.
Mandel has been entertaining audiences for more than three decades, but these days he is best known for hosting "Deal or No Deal" and serving as a judge on "America's Got Talent."
Mandel began his career, however, as a standup comedian, and he will be returning to his roots in Morristown this weekend at the Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC).

The comedy show is planned for Friday, May 12, and will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are still on sale, so fans are encouraged to reach out to the MPAC box office at (973) 539-8008 for tickets at face value.
Mandel began his career in comedy in Canada, performing stand-up at a Toronto club in the late 1970s and eventually becoming the opening act for David Letterman.

Mandel's diverse career has spanned nearly every aspect of the entertainment industry, including television, film and stage. Mandel has become a mainstay of the American comedy scene, from his work on the Emmy Award-winning St. Elsewhere to the international animated children's series Bobby's World.
Mandel has received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program for "Deal or No Deal," as well as a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Game Show Host for the show's syndicated version.
In 2009, Mandel added author to his resume when he published his candid, funny, and no-holds-barred memoir, "Here's the Deal: Don't Touch Me." The memoir detailed his ongoing battle with OCD and ADHD, as well as how it has influenced his life and career.
Mandel returns to the stage this Friday, and fans can look forward to his uncensored comedy on this one-night laugh trip. The comedy event is only open to adults, and tickets range from $49 to $99.
