Lifelong Morristown Denizen And Veteran Firefighter Passes At 58
Firefighter Vincent Hagenson's funeral held today.

A 40-year veteran of the Morristown Fire Bureau passed away in his sleep last Thursday, according to The Daily Record. Vincent Hagenson, 58, died in his sleep, at his home.
Hagenson was a lifetime member of FMBA 43 and received plenty of honors during his long career. According to The Daily Record, he received awards for his valor from the 200 Club of Morris County and the Morristown Fire Bureau, as well as a Morristown Mayor's Medal.
The firefighter, who spent his whole life in Morristown, is survived by his two daughters, Mary and Elise; his mother, Alice; his brother, Al, and his wife Melanie; and his companion Jeanne Amorosso, in addition to cousins, nieces, and nephews. According to The Daily Record, his funeral took place this morning at the Church of the Assumption.
