Morristown for Sale: Garage Sales

It's garage sale season, friends. Or yard sale. Or estate sale. Call it whatever you like. While it may be hot outside this weekend, these deals are even hotter.

1. Kid's Stuff: This garage sale, at 51 Frederick Place in Morris Township, is for the kids. Toys, child furniture and, wait for it ... Power Wheels! We have a soft spot for those. Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Estate Sale: This one, on the other hand, is not kid's stuff. This estate sale, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, has on hand things like a kitchen set, dining room set and, for the sports enthusiasts out there, several signed baseballs. Head to 14 Brothers Place in Morris Township.
3. Estate Sale 2: This estate sale, at 44 Chestnut St. Friday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., is selling the entire contents of a three-bedroom townhouse. Items include a queen bedroom set, artwork and a Sony-brand HDTV.
4. Deals and Baked Goods: This sale, at 236 Speedwell Ave. (at Walker Avenue in Morristown), not only has a ton of stuff like TVs, a sectional couch and men's ties, there will also be baked goods and refreshments for sale. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
5. By Appointment Only: Want to check out the goods at this sale? Then, you better be in touch, as it's by appointment only. Items include a Circa 1940s dining room set, office furniture, various electric tools, Vietnamese Cork carving and Beanie Babies. Remember those?
