MORRISTOWN, NJ — Think you have a winning chili recipe? Put it to the test next month as a local Morristown brewery plans their 4th Annual Chili Cook Off.

Glenbrook Brewery’s 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off will take place on Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. at 95 Morris Street. Entry is free, but with only 15 spots available, interested participants are encouraged to sign up soon.

The event, hosted by Best Men Trivia, will feature an awards ceremony with prizes for the winners.

Glenbrook Brewery offers a wide selection of beer including their signature brew, Colonial Ale, which "is made with the finest ingredients & artisan craftsmanship by our award-winning Head Brewer," their website says.

The Glenbrook Brewery taproom hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Thursday: 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 12 p.m. – 12 a.m.
  • Saturday: 12 p.m. – 12 a.m.
