Morristown Medical Center One Of USA's Top Hospitals: Newsweek
The hospital was the highest ranking New Jersey hospital on the list.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown Medical Center has been named one of the top hospitals in the country by a new ranking published by Newsweek.
The hospital came in 28th on the American section of the World's Best Hospitals 2019 ranking. It did not crack the global top ten, but was the highest ranking New Jersey hospital. It was given an 87.0 score out of a possible 100.
"Morristown Medical Center has been highly focused on partnering with our medical staff to improve care delivery, enhancing our technology and clinical trial offerings, coordinating patient care, and creating positive patient experiences, and we are pleased to be recognized for our efforts on a global scale," said Trish O’Keefe, PhD, RN, president, Morristown Medical Center. "We continue to strive for excellence and provide the highest quality medical care for our communities."

The top three hospitals in America are Mayo Clinic Rochester, Cleveland Clinic, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Newsweek said.
