The family fun festival featuring art demonstrations, live music and illuminated pumpkins has a new date. Here's what to know:

MORRISTOWN, NJ - A Morris County fan favorite festival has a new date thanks to last weekend’s inclement weather.

The Morris County Pumpkin Illumination previously set for Oct. 23 will now take place Oct. 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Vail Mansion Reflecting Pool (10 South St.) in Morristown.

The event is free and open to the public. Admission includes live music, a luminary parade led by Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty, an art workshop with artist Dan Fenelon and an illuminated pumpkin display, according to the event website.

Families can bring their own carved pumpkin to the reflecting pond in front of the Vail Mansion to be displayed.

“This will give you more time to carve your pumpkins,” Morris Arts wrote in a statement announcing the postponement. “See you next Sunday!”
