Cops: Two Men Vomited on Hoboken Police Cars

Two men, , were arrested early Saturday morning after allegedly throwing up on two parked police cars in Hoboken. 

Peter Cipollini, of Morristown, and Patrick Allocco Jr., of Jersey City, were seen around 3:40 a.m. running away from two police cars at First and Hudson streets in Hoboken after leaving behind "large amounts of vomit," according to police reports. 

The two men were each charged with obstructing administration of law, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Initially, officers saw Cipollini and Allocco, both 23, standing by the cars and laughing, police said. When the two men saw the officers, they looked "taken by surprise," according to the report. They began to run north on Hudson Street, away from the five officers, police said. 

Cipollini and Allocco didn't stop when police asked them to, according to the report. When police caught up with Cipollini, he allegedly became combative. Meanwhile, police said, Allocco was in an alley hiding behind a bush. 

After an officer shone his flashlight on him, Allocco was still unwilling to get up, police said. After police captured him, he yelled at the officers "I'm gonna [expletive] you up," and used other expletives, according to reports.

Allocco violently pushed the officers away from him as they tried to keep him under control at police headquarters, police said. At a certain point during the struggle, Allocco got a cut above his left eye and he was treated by the Hoboken Volunteers Ambulance Corps.

During their stay in a cell at the police station, the two continued to be combative and continued to use expletives and offensive terms toward the police officers, according to the report.
