Morristown's Beloved 'Ticket Taker Guy' Now Homeless, Community Rallies With Fundraiser
GoFundMe page seeking $50K to get locally famous friend back on his feet.

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – The smiling face that greets so many moviegoers in Morristown has fallen on hard times, and the community is rallying behind him.
Eric Glover, affectionately known as the “Ticket Taker Guy,” has had his hours cut at the AMC Theater inside Headquarters Plaza and is need of financial help.
Having learned of the news, Lidia Udrija felt it was time to jump into action.

The woman – who did not meet Glover in person until Friday, Jan. 15 – launched a GoFundMe page to Glover get back on his feet and has already raised more than $24,000 in less than four days, thanks to 661 donors.

Glover’s been homeless for about 10 months due to the cut in hours and has been using local organizations like Homeless Solutions and Market Street Mission for help.
The campaign launched with a modest goal of $10,000, which was quickly surpassed in just a few hours. The goal now stands at $50,000, all of which will directly aid Glover.
