Multiple DWI Arrests In Local Parks: Morris Co. Park Police

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests earlier this month, including for multiple DWIs. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:
-2/1: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morris Plains. An investigation led to Santiago Atehortuacolorado, age 23, of Morris Plains, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Driving While Intoxicated, and several other violations. He was released with a court date pending.
-2/1: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers were dispatched to Jefferson Township Police Department on a report of an individual in their custody with a warrant for failure to appear in Madison Joint Municipal Court stemming from charges filed by the Morris County Park Police Department. That person, Raffaela M. Campana-Slusher, age 42, of Jefferson Township, was released with a new court date pending.

-2/8: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Rockaway Township. An investigation led to Miguel A. Guitterez-Rueda, age 19, of Dover, and Kevin A. Arias, age 19, of Dover, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Guitterez-Rueda was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility and Mr. Arias was released with a court date pending.
-2/8: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Randolph. An investigation led to Franci L. Restrepo, age 39, of Mount Olive Township, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was released with a court date pending.

-2/9: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morristown. An investigation revealed Kiralys N. Franco, age 20, of Dover, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Dover Joint Municipal Court. He was released with a court date pending.
-2/10: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Dover. An investigation led to Rigoberto Londono-Murillo, age 49, of Dover, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated and several other violations. He was released with a court date pending.
