National Ice Cream Day: Where's The Best In Morristown?

MORRISTOWN, NJ — There's no better way to cool off on a hot summer day than with a sweet frozen treat.

National Ice Cream Day is July 16, and Patch wants to know where the best place in Morristown to indulge in a cup or cone is.
