Upstairs and downstairs, a lot is happening at 40 Park.

From their "" to the businesses below–, , , ,  and, soon, –this part of one of Morristown's largest redevelopment projects has seen big returns.

But, behind 40 Park, at Metropolitan at 40 Park, there's a different story being told.

Perhaps without the upfront appeal of being "on the Green," the retail space in 40 Park's little rental-only brother is being ignored. Currently, it lies barren. Which means it's a blank canvas.
